I’m Taubert, the sculptor who transforms tailor glass pins into raw, expressive Brut Art. 

In April, I had the honor of exhibiting at ArtExpo New York 2025, and I’d love to share a glimpse of the experience with you. 

The event was well organized, and the diversity of artworks on display was truly stimulating. That said, the quality felt a bit uneven at times, some pieces shone brighter than others. 

There was a curious energy in the air, likely influenced by the recent stock market crash just days before. 

Many visitors took photos of my work and that made me feel good.

While attendance was strong, it seemed like many came to observe rather than to collect. Still, a beautiful connection happened: “Lady Punk in Venice” found her home with a passionate New Yorker collector, an encounter that reminded me why I create. 

Next stop? Taverny, Paris and Santa Fe this autumn, if all goes well.
